Effective January 1, 2025, the Affinity Programs will be offered exclusively through the BC Society of Engineers and Geoscientists (BCSEG). These programs provide valuable discounts on a range of personal services through independent partners, offering meaningful benefits to our members. Currently, Affinity Programs remain available to Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC) registrants; however, moving forward, BCSEG will oversee and expand these offerings to better serve the engineering and geoscience community.
BCSEG is actively pursuing new partnerships to enhance the Affinity Programs, ensuring members have access to a broader selection of services and benefits. Our goal is to continuously improve and diversify these offerings to meet the evolving needs of our members. We welcome input and collaboration from members and partners alike as we build a program that provides lasting value. Please stay tuned for further updates as we grow and strengthen this initiative.
BCSEG makes no representations and provides no warranties with respect to the service providers (the “Affinity Partners”) or the goods or services that they may provide to BCSEG members. BCSEG members choosing to obtain goods or services from the Affinity Partners do so entirely at the members’ own risk and BCSEG accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any Affinity Partner or any goods or services provided to BCSEG members or EGBC registrants by an Affinity Partner. BCSEG and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers and representatives will not, in any event, be liable for any injury, damages, loss, costs, or expenses (including but not limited to special or consequential damages, lost revenue, business interruption, lost or damaged data, or any other commercial or economic loss) suffered by any BCSEG member or EGBC registrant or any officer, director, employee, representative, spouse or dependent of an BCSEG member or EGBC registrant whether based in contract, tort (including negligence) or any other theory of liability arising out of or resulting directly or indirectly from any act or omission of any of the Affinity Partners.
