BCSEG Annual General Meeting

We are excited to invite you to the upcoming BCSEG Annual General Meeting. This is an opportunity to get to know the work of BCSEG, and to hear updates from leadership.

Purpose of the AGM

The AGM is convened for the following purposes:

  • To accept the minutes from the previous AGM
  • To receive the report from the Chair of the Board of Directors
  • To receive the report from the Chief Executive Officer
  • To receive the report from the Treasurer and the financial statements of the Society for the year ended December 31, 2025
  • To appoint the accountant/auditor for the ensuing fiscal year
  • To announce the Directors’ election results
  • To announce the new Officers of the Society
  • To consider any questions from the membership duly brought before the meeting
  • To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting

Eligibility and Participation

  • All BCSEG members in good standing have the right to attend and participate at the meeting.
  • Only Licensed Members, Professional-In-Training Members, Non-Practicing Members, or Associate Members, in good standing, have the right to vote at the meeting.
