Join the South Central Branch on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at 7pm at the Big Little Science Centre (BLSC), 458 Seymour Street, Kamloops. Parking on Seymour St. outside or in paid lots nearby.

Mr. Jamie Chase of Kamloops Fire Rescue will give a half hour talk and Q/A on wildfire risk in Kamloops, prevention methods, and continuity of business operations during times of wildfire impact. Jamie recently served as the Kamloops FireSmart community liaison.

The talk will be presented in a BLSC classroom, with attendees able to meet and greet in the science display room. Light refreshments provided.

Come out for a very relevant talk, some hearty discussions and social reconnection after a long winter!

The event is free to attend. Donations to the BLSC are always welcome and appreciated.
